ABOUT

We make a small range of seasonal, organic beers in a former stable block outside St Monans, in the beautiful East Neuk of Fife.

Inspired by our love of rustic continental beers and the Scottish coastline that we look out on, we have focused on brewing and blending natural beers that reflect our location. Wild yeasts and fermentation connect everything we do, whether it’s tiny batches of organic kombucha or slightly bigger batches of organic beer, it’ll be tart, refreshing and nourishing.

FUTTLE was brought to life in 2019 by Stephen Marshall and Lucy Hine, partners in all things life, work and beer.

Stephen & Lucy also run a record label, FUTTLE RECORDS, in the same space as the brewery, releasing new music and compilations of rare records from time to time, as well as hosting podcasts, gigs and club nights.
